On Willemsparkweg, a house from 1889 was purchased by a private client. Before moving into the house, a complete renovation, including foundation repair, is undertaken. Because the garden is large and more space is desired, an extension is built to the basement, on which a terrace for the bell floor is situated. In addition, all window frames on the front and rear facade will be replaced and restored to their original state.

The ground floor and basement are completely stripped. The foundations were completely renewed and all structural parts of the building were checked and, where necessary, repaired.

Facades, walls, floors and ceilings were insulated to meet thermal and sound requirements and fire safety. The advantage is that this also makes it possible to take advantage of government subsidies for the sustainable renovation of homes. The materialization and finishing is of high quality.
