A building at the Keizersgracht needed a new foundation. After starting the project, it soon became apparent that the intended foundation solution was not sufficient and that the foundation needed a more complex approach. After inspection, it was found that the lower building walls and the existing foundation were poor and vulnerable, so the decision was made to install a complete steel table structure in order to support the building during further construction work. After much research with the architect, structural engineer, contractor and municipality, a good solution was found and the foundation was thoroughly repaired.

After the foundation repair, the rest of the building was also completely renovated, preserved and returned to its original state. Main supporting structure, facades, roofs, floors, really everything has been taken care of.
